1. Booking & Confirmations

All tour bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed advance deposit. Once the deposit is received, MastiTrips issues official hotel vouchers, transport manifests, and day-wise itinerary confirmations.

2. Pricing & Currency

All package quotes are provided in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly specified otherwise. International tour pricing may be adjusted in the event of major foreign exchange currency fluctuations prior to final payment.

3. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for maintaining valid government photo identification (Aadhaar/Passport with at least 6 months validity for international destinations) and obtaining necessary visas. MastiTrips provides complete documentation guidance.

4. Force Majeure & Route Changes

In rare cases of extreme weather (landslides, heavy snowfall, flight delays), MastiTrips reserves the right to alter sightseeing sequences or provide alternative equivalent hotel arrangements in the interest of traveler safety.
