Transparent rules and flexible rescheduling
Standard Cancellation Timelines
We understand plans can change unexpectedly. Cancellations made with written notice to info@mastitrips.com or on WhatsApp are subject to the following transparent timeline terms:
- • 30+ Days Prior to Departure: 90% refund of the total land package cost (or 100% credit toward rescheduled dates).
- • 15 to 29 Days Prior to Departure: 70% refund of the total package cost.
- • 07 to 14 Days Prior to Departure: 40% refund of the total package cost.
- • Less than 07 Days / No-Show: Non-refundable due to non-recoverable advance hotel locks and vehicle bookings.
Flexible Rescheduling
Whenever possible, MastiTrips offers free date changes up to 14 days prior to travel subject to hotel seasonal rate parity.
