Refund Policy

1. Refund Processing Window

Once a cancellation is confirmed in accordance with our Cancellation Policy, approved refunds are initiated within 48 to 72 business hours and credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 bank working days.

2. Refund Mode

Refunds are credited directly to the traveler’s bank account via NEFT/IMPS or back to the original UPI ID / Credit Card through our secure banking gateway.
